I. PAYMENTS, DISCOUNTS & SECURITY
What payment methods do you support?
Our small but efficient checkout system accepts all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. For your convenience, we also support express options like Apple Pay and PayPal.
How do I use a promotional code?
Once you reach the "Customer Information" page during checkout, look for the “Discount” box on the top right side of your screen. Type in your code and hit “Apply” to see your new total before you finalize the purchase.
Is my data safe with a small startup?
Your security is our priority. We use the industry-standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol to scramble and protect your sensitive details during transmission. Furthermore, all payment data is processed through gateways using AES-256 encryption. We never sell or share your personal information with outsiders without your permission.
II. MANAGING YOUR ORDER
Can I edit or cancel my order?
Because our small team works quickly to get packages out the door, we can only accept changes or cancellations requested on or before 11:00 PM (PDT) on the day the order was placed. Please reach out immediately to service@loftpromo.com if you need to make a change.
How do I know my order was successful?
As soon as you click “Complete Order,” you will see a summary on your screen. Within minutes, we will also send a confirmation email to your inbox containing your unique Order Number.
III. THE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE
How do I select items?
Navigate to the product you love, choose your specific options, and click “Add to Cart.” You will be taken to your cart where you can decide exactly how many of each item you want.
How do I review or change what’s in my cart?
You can view your current picks at any time by clicking the Cart icon at the top of loftpromo.com. To change a quantity, simply type the new number in the “Quantity” box. To remove something, click the “Remove” link. The prices will update instantly.
Which browsers should I use?
For the smoothest browsing experience on our site, we suggest using Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Microsoft Edge.
IV. PROBLEM SOLVING & RETURNS
What if I receive the wrong item?
Mistakes are rare, but if our small team misses a detail and sends the wrong product, we want to make it right! Email service@loftpromo.com with your Order Number and a photo of the item you received. We will ship the correct item to you for free. As a thank you for your patience, you are welcome to keep the incorrect item as a gift from us.
How do I start a return?
If you need to discuss a return or exchange, please send a message to our support staff at service@loftpromo.com. We handle these requests case-by-case to ensure you are satisfied.
