LOFTPROMO RETURNS & SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
At Loftpromo, We handle every request personally to ensure your new household items are exactly what you expected. If you aren’t completely happy with your purchase, we’ve designed a straightforward return process to make things right.
1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY & THE 60-DAY WINDOW
We want you to feel confident in your choice, which is why we offer a generous 60-day return window starting from the day your package arrives.
- Condition of Items: To qualify for a return, products must remain unused, in their original state, and within the original packaging.
- Documentation: Please provide your receipt or a digital proof of purchase so our small team can track your order.
- Routing: To ensure your return is processed quickly, please do not mail items back to the manufacturer. Reach out to us at service@loftpromo.com for our specific studio return address.
2. HOW WE HANDLE YOUR REIMBURSEMENT
Once your return reaches our home office, our team will personally manage the next steps:
- Review: We will inspect the returned goods and send you an email to let you know we have received them.
- Approval Status: We will notify you if your refund has been approved based on the condition of the items.
- Automatic Credit: Approved refunds are issued immediately to your original payment method—whether that be a credit card or digital wallet—and typically appear within a few business days.
3. STRAIGHTFORWARD SHIPPING & NO-FEE POLICY
We believe in keeping things simple for our customers without hidden costs:
- No Restocking Fees: Loftpromo does not charge any restocking fees for returned household products.
- Capped Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for a maximum of one shipping charge, which covers the logistics of the return.
4. CHANGING YOUR MIND: CANCELLATIONS
As a small shop, we move quickly to get orders out. Please keep the following in mind regarding changes:
- Pre-Shipment: You are welcome to cancel your order at any time before it has been produced or dispatched for a full refund.
- Post-Shipment: If your order is already in transit, we cannot stop the delivery. At that point, you will need to follow our standard return procedure once the package arrives.
5. TROUBLESHOOTING DELAYED REFUNDS
If you have been notified of an approval but haven't seen the funds yet, please try these steps:
- Check your bank balance one more time to account for any pending transactions.
- Contact your credit card issuer, as it can often take several days for a refund to be officially posted to your statement.
- Reach out to your financial institution to see if there is an internal processing delay.
