To keep our operations lean and offer competitive pricing on modern home tools, Loftpromo utilizes a direct-fulfillment strategy. Your items are dispatched directly from our specialized production partners and fulfillment hubs. This boutique approach allows us to:

  • Maintain a simplified, intentional supply chain that reduces unnecessary environmental impact.
  • Offer better value by cutting out middlemen.

2. Shipping Rates & Handling

As a growing startup, we keep our shipping simple and transparent:

  • Flat Rate Shipping: A consistent fee of $5.99 applies to all standard orders.
  • Complimentary Delivery: All orders over $49 automatically qualify for Free Shipping.

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Because we coordinate with global partners to secure the best rates for you, transit times vary by your location:

4. Real-Time Tracking & Visibility

Once your household gear leaves the fulfillment hub, you will receive a shipping confirmation email featuring a tracking number.

  • Please allow roughly 1 business day for the tracking data to update after the label is created.
  • Rest assured, even if the status hasn't updated immediately, your order is securely on its way to you.

5. Rapid Order Adjustments

We begin processing orders almost as soon as they hit our system.

  • The 12-Hour Window: If you need to modify a shipping address or cancel an order, you must contact service@loftpromo.com within 12 hours of placement.
  • Once an order enters the final processing stage, we are unable to make further changes.

6. Protection Against Damage & Loss

We take full responsibility for the journey of your package.

  • Damaged Goods: If your items arrive in poor condition, please email a photo to service@loftpromo.com within 72 hours of delivery. Our team will review the claim and arrange a replacement.
  • Lost Packages: If a carrier confirms your package is lost in transit, we will send a replacement at no additional cost to you.

7. International Customs & Duties

For our international customers, orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).

  • Any regional import duties, local taxes, or customs fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • Loftpromo is not responsible for delays caused by local customs clearance procedures.
